Lying on the easter side of the Pennines, South Yorkshire is landlocked, and borders Derbyshire to the west and south-west, West Yorkshire to the north-west, North Yorkshire to the north, the East Riding of Yorkshire to the north-east, Lincolnshire to the east and Nottinghamshire to the south-east. The Sheffield Urban Area is the tenth most populous conurbation in the UK, and dominates the western half of South Yorkshire with over half of the county's population living within it. South Yorkshire lies within the Sheffield City Region with Barnsley also being within the Leeds City Region, reflecting its geographical position midway between Yorkshire's two largest cities.

We stock linen in a range of different colours. You might be looking for a tablecloth so that your tables match a particular aesthetic; or it might you’re looking to use table runners to just add a detail of colour to your table. We have stock available to help work with either kind of idea.
Because banqueting tables come in various different sizes and shapes, so does our linen. We have linen to fit all the standard sizes of dining tables, and our team can help advise on what size linen you need depending on how much “drop” you want surrounding the tables.
The cup, plate and bowl are among some of the simplest items that we hire out most at White Rose Catering and Event Hire. They’re not the most exciting items we have in stock but they’re an important part of many kinds of events and occasions.
We have crockery in various different shapes and sizes to match differing styles of events and occasions. Just as importantly, we have a huge quantity of crockery available in stock to ensure that we can meet demands for even the biggest events and weddings without a struggle. That being said, we do recommend that for bigger events that orders are placed with plenty of notice to ensure that they can be picked in time to be delivered.
If washing up just isn’t your thing, you don’t need to worry. Our “send it back dirty” service means all you have to do once your event is over is to scrape the crockery clean of any food debris, put it back into the packing crates that it was delivered in and we will clean them back at our warehouse.
