There’s nothing worse than getting food and drink on clothes at a party or occasion – particularly if it is formal. Our napkin hire is designed to match the colour of your event and help keep your guests free from stains.
What do I need to know about napkin hire?
Our napkin hire is all made from the same fabric as our tablecloths and comes in a standard size of 22 inches by 22 inches. We offer them in a range of colours so that they match the colour and theme of your event.
If you want your napkins to look extra special, we also offer napkin rings for hire. These rings are a great touch to make napkins look even more presentable on the table.
How does delivery of napkin hire work?
All of our napkins are professionally cleaned, folded and placed into bags prior to dispatch to you. While we take great care in packing them, it’s often worth adding one or two extra napkins to cover any unexpected eventuality. Please note used linen needs to be returned in a plastic bag such as black bag or similar, dry and without food debris. It should not be placed into any box with any crockery, cutlery or glassware without already being in a bag. Linen returned in a condition which cannot be cleaned will be charged at replacement cost.
