We know just how hard it can be to organise a stand for a big event, expo or exhibition and we're here to help make it easier for you. We have a huge amount of event and exhibition hire experience and can help no matter how big or small the event is.

What kind of exhibition hire is there?

It doesn’t really matter if you’re exhibiting at Harrogate Convention Centre or a local trade show, as a company it’s important for you to get your exhibition hire right. We know how important first impressions are, and we want you to get the best possible result when meeting potential customers, partners and suppliers.

Display cabinet hire is a case in point. Our experience of exhibition furniture hire means that we have built a range of showcases to meet all budgets and footprints, whether big and small. All feature LED lights and there are even cabinets with lockable storage areas for retailers.

Seating options are also important. We understand that there can be massively varying requirements dependent on space and budget and we’ve built an exhibition hire offering to match. If your space or budget has little room for manoeuvre then our poseur tables and bar stools make for a great contemporary meeting space; for those with more wiggle room then we have everything up to Chesterfield sofas in bright colours to match your stand aesthetic.

What do I need to know to get the best from my exhibition hire?

When looking for exhibition hire, there are a few things that you need to have in your mind so that you order the right things. Firstly, what size is your stand? Having a plan of your floorspace can help you understand how much you can fit into it and how it will look. We’ve included dimensions of all our exhibition furniture such as showcases and display cabinets to help you understand how they will work for you.

We pride ourselves on supplying safe and reliable electrical equipment hire at Expo Hire Yorkshire. All of our products are cleaned, checked and PAT tested prior to delivery. If for whatever reason you need evidence of PAT testing, we can provide you with this prior to delivery. It's worth noting that all of our electrical products are powered by a standard three-pin UK plug, meaning they're widely compatible with power supplies in all major venues. Please Note: you'll need to check your power requirements prior to use and ensure they are not overloaded.

What about delivery of exhibition hire?

We have a lot of experience delivering exhibition hire and furniture to venues throughout Leeds, Bradford and Yorkshire. We’ve found that the key to a smooth delivery and collection is ensuring all the show name, hall and stand number details are given when placing the order – that way our drivers can come directly to your stand, even if you’re not there.

For customers exhibiting at Harrogate Convention Centre or Leeds Exhibition Centre we have a fixed mileage carriage charge of £100. This includes time slots for set up and breakdown, so you don’t need to worry about us arriving on time. There is however a minimum order value of £500 for these orders.
